Whether you are new to the sleep deprivation club or many months in (as I was) I will get right to the root issue of why your child is not sleeping and work with you to design a sleep plan that you will feel comfortable with and excited to implement. I will be with you every step of the way, coaching and supporting you! That familiar bedtime panic and stress will become a distant memory and you will start to look forward to some special time together before bed.
